2. Definitions

• Sales Associate: An individual who promotes and sells products or services through the Aidaxcarus platform and earns commissions on sales.
• Vendor: A business or individual who lists and sells products or services on the Aidaxcarus platform.
• Commission: The percentage of the sale price paid to the Sales Associate for successfully facilitating a sale.

3. Registration and Account

• To use the Aidaxcarus platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Sales Associates must promote products and services listed on the Aidaxcarus platform using lawful and ethical means.
• Sales Associates agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to advertising and selling products or services.
• Sales Associates must provide accurate information about the products or services they promote.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their products or services listed on the Aidaxcarus platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Vendors must provide accurate and detailed information about their products or services.
• Vendors agree to fulfill orders promptly and handle any customer inquiries or issues related to their products or services.

6. Commission Structure

• Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the sale price, as specified by the vendor. Commission rates range from 5% to 70%, depending on the vendor's preference.
• Commissions are paid to Sales Associates based on confirmed sales and subject to the vendor's approval.
• Aidaxcarus reserves the right to withhold or adjust commission payments in the event of disputes, chargebacks, or other issues.

7. Payments

• Aidaxcarus is not responsible for any disputes between Sales Associates and Vendors or for any issues related to the products or services sold through the platform.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic Of Nigeria Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Federal Republic Of Nigeria

• Aidaxcarus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
